Vietnam Order & Registration Process
1.Payment and Registration
1.1. Payment : Accepted by transfer and cash at the office only.
– Transfer or pay by cash to our join stocks in Vietnam
1.2. Registration : Complete product application form Submit Machine order form together with required documents to the Enagic Thailand office.
– Fill in buyer information, sponsor information with machine detail on the application and sign on page 3.
– Document for register as Individual name : Vietnam identity card (For registration as a distributor, please provide official bank information for reference.)
– For Foreigner : a copy of passport & a copy of work permit & a copy of bankbook (Local bank in Vietnam ONLY)
– Document for register as Company name : Business registration certificate with shareholder name, Vietnam ID card of one shareholder list.
(For registration as distributor, please fill in company bank details in the application form on page 1)
– Payment slip
2. Machine pick up (Note: prepay only)
– Must show proof of payment (Original bank slip only)
– People who come to pick up machine, provide identity card and phone number.
– Our Join stock will issue a red invoice for reference. (Vat and taxes in Vietnam)
